Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

We ship directly to customers across the United Kingdom using reliable, tracked postal services (Royal Mail / EVRi / local carriers).

- UK Standard Tracked Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
- Order Processing: 24 to 48 hours.

Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
